We provide training and advice to small and medium-size producers as a strategy for labour inclusion, with the purpose of achieving the consolidation of formal businesses, which can become sources of personal and family livelihood, with a profitable production that is favourable to the local economy.
Includes contents about:
Client and market analysis and product presentation
Financial management and workforce monitoring
Advice and mentoring in funding raising
Regulations related to pig production and marketing processes
We strategically run and coordinate a NETWORK of 13 public and private institutions that seek to develop genuine employment in rural communities, giving producers the technical and entrepreneurial knowledge they need to be able to professionalise and improve their production quality.
