We Promote Work and Local Development
With training and supportive proposals, we foster labor insertion and the development of local enterprises by offering tools that strengthen young people and rural communities’ skills and create real growth opportunities.
In 2011, we established a partnership with BBVA Argentina and Barrio Aeropuerto High School, located in Cevil Pozo, Tucumán, to develop a program that encourages young people from low-income families to remain at school.
By means of training courses on financial education for students and scholarship holders at the school, we consolidate financial education as a key pillar to build more inclusive and equitable societies.
We encourage the development of rural entrepreneurs by providing them with strategic tools to strengthen their business and facilitate access to markets.
Together with educational institutions (UNSTA and UNT) and government agencies and through different training sessions, we deal with key topics for the growth and sustainability of their enterprises.
We foster the inclusion of young people in the labor market by offering tools that encourage their professional development and promoting innovative strategies that facilitate their labor insertion.
Through courses, we train them on key topics such as resume preparation, job interview techniques and job search strategies in the present situation, among others.
Through our e-learning platform, we promote youth employability and entrepreneurial spirit through innovative educational initiatives.
The courses Boost Your Employability and Entrepreneurship provide practical tools for job searching, the development of work-related skills, and the creation of entrepreneurial projects, strengthening participants’ preparation for the world of work. The programs are offered in virtual format through our online campus.
Since 2023, we have been offering internships at the agricultural and livestock sectors, thus giving students from agro-technical schools the opportunity to consolidate, integrate and broaden their knowledge and skills.
Such experiences enable them to combine the theoretical knowledge acquired at school with the practice in real work environments, thus encouraging the development of technical skills and preparing young people for their insertion in the labor market.
We have received recognition for the social and educational impact achieved by means of our programs. Such awards reflect our commitment, dedication and joint work with the communities we support.
