The workshop was aimed at 92 young people from the following institutions: Instituto Agrotécnico 20 de Junio, Instituto Padre Manuel Ballesteros (high school), and Escuela Media de Lules, where topics such as resume writing and job interview preparation were addressed, contributing to the development of key skills for the labor market.
On September 12, Fundación Vicente Lucci, together with Randstad, held the Employability Workshop at Casa de la Cultura in San Isidro de Lules, in coordination with the Office of the Secretary of Education and Culture of the City Council.

During the event, speakers Luis González, Mauro Gastón Sánchez, Catalina Fuentes (intern), and Sabrina Leal, professionals from Randstad, shared their knowledge and experiences in the field of employment.
New skills for new generations to face the labor market
Sabrina Leal, a consultant at Randstad, emphasized the value of this partnership, highlighting that collaborating on these initiatives is an extremely enriching experience for every party involved. “At Randstad, we seek to support these types of actions that create opportunities for learning, exchange, and growth for both young people and the community. Offering practical tools to those who are finishing high school, such as advice on how to write a good resume or handle a job interview, is key to facilitating their labor market insertion,” she explained.

“Our contribution comes from the knowledge we can offer the children. In a way, we are planting seeds for the future of these young people and the development of the communities where we participate through this kind of workshops,” she added.
At Fundación Vicente Lucci, we promote the development of young people’s skills so that they can adequately prepare for the labor market, enhancing their abilities and opening doors to new opportunities for their development.
